CT 999 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CT 999 website and any associated services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at CT 999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are a resident of Pakistan or are located in a jurisdiction where accessing CT 999 is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering under your own true identity and will only operate your own single account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from CT 999 or had an account closed for rule violations.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of CT 999 or any of its associated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

CT 999 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until documentation is received and verified.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold one CT 999 account only. CT 999 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is detected, CT 999 will close all secondary accounts. Any balances, winnings, or bonuses held in a duplicate account will be forfeited. If the primary account also benefited from a duplicate, CT 999 may void those benefits as well.

You are responsible for keeping your CT 999 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. You must not share your account details with any third party. CT 999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have shared credentials or failed to maintain their security.

Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration at CT 999 must be accurate and up to date. This includes your full name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

If any of your registered details change — particularly your mobile number or payment method — you must update your CT 999 account promptly via the account settings section.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

CT 999 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. CT 999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees — please check with your provider.

Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit at CT 999 is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method and account verification level. Fully verified accounts have higher transaction limits. Contact CT 999 support for current limits applicable to your account.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. CT 999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or mobile wallets not registered under your CNIC. CT 999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 3 to 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 1 to 3 business days for IBFT bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or when additional identity verification is required.

CT 999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to: a copy of your CNIC, a screenshot of your payment wallet showing your registered mobile number, or proof of address. Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant at CT 999. CT 999 may apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Fees will not reduce your balance below zero.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

CT 999 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament-specific promotions such as PSL and esports competitions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from CT 999.
• The standard wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount on sports bets with odds of at least 1.50, unless the specific promotion terms state a different multiplier.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your CT 999 wallet. Real money is always wagered first.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only the net profit from a free bet is withdrawable once any applicable wagering requirement is met.
• CT 999 bonuses are for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting with multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or arbitrage targeting promotions — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games at CT 999 are governed by the specific rules applicable to that product, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all CT 999 products:

• Once a bet is confirmed at CT 999, it cannot be cancelled by the member except where the Cash Out feature is available and the player chooses to exercise it before the event concludes.
• CT 999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrectly displayed or manifestly wrong price — this includes software errors, data feed errors, and human input errors.
• Minimum stake per bet is Rs 100 unless stated otherwise for a specific product.

Cricket and PSL

For cricket matches at CT 999, including PSL, ICC Test, ODI, and T20 formats, a match must reach a minimum of one complete over per side in a T20 or limited-overs format, or one full day of play in a Test match, for bets to be settled. Shorter events will result in bets being voided and stakes returned. Where a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result is officially awarded, CT 999 will settle bets on the DLS outcome.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets at CT 999 are accepted on the understanding that the odds displayed may be delayed by up to a few seconds relative to real-time events. CT 999 reserves the right to void live bets where there is clear evidence that a bet was placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined — for example, bets placed after a wicket has fallen but before the odds have updated.

Accumulator Bets

For CT 999 accumulator bets, if one or more legs are voided — for example due to match abandonment — the accumulator continues as if the void leg did not exist (the odds are recalculated excluding the void selection). The remaining selections must all win for the accumulator to be paid.

8. Live Casino Rules

CT 999 live casino games — including Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and other live table products — are operated by third-party live studio providers. The rules of each game are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the rules of the specific game variant being played. CT 999 live casino rules include the following:

• Once a bet is placed and the betting window has closed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disconnection from a live table during an active round at CT 999, the round will be settled based on the outcome recorded on the server. If the disconnection prevented a bet from being placed, the round will be skipped for that player.

Where CT 999 closes an account due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to member fault — for example, where CT 999 decides to no longer operate in a particular region — the full available balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method.
